What is your return policy?
BEAUSÉJOUR has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 business days from the delivery date of your order to return it to our return center for a refund. Items must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the documents provided in the package.
Do I need to register my return?
You do not need to notify your return on beausejourfrance.com. Simply follow the return instructions included in your package.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, we offer an exchange service. You can return your order for a refund or an exchange.
How do I return my package?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of its receipt date. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging. Please note that all returns must be sent in your package. BEAUSÉJOUR cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost packages when the order has been sent by another carrier.
Do I have to pay if I want to return my order?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can return your order with the carrier of your choice.
I received my package damaged, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged package, we invite you to keep it carefully and take photos of the box. You should then contact our customer service at hello@beausejourfrance.com if you notice an anomaly in the order received.
The item I received has a defect, what should I do?
You must contact our customer service by email at hello@beausejourfrance.com. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify our service of a defect on an item received.
Has my return been received?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have authorized the refund for your returned item. We invite you to carefully note the tracking number found on the return label of your order, in order to track your return.
