In which country can I have my order delivered?
BEAUSÉJOUR offers delivery in France and internationally, to all countries except in specific circumstances. You can contact our customer service for more information.
What shipping services do you offer?
We offer shipping to any personal postal address, with delivery requiring a signature. Delivery to a pickup point is also available through our online store. Your package will be delivered by Chronopost within Metropolitan France and by UPS for the rest of the world.
Is delivery free?
The customer is responsible for the delivery of our orders.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Product prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes and excluding customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are waived. BEAUSÉJOUR . Has my order been shipped?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. All orders are shipped by our carrier and are fully trackable on their website using the tracking link we send you. You can always contact them if you have any questions about your shipment.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
